Article 1 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded via the website of Cloud White . By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Article 2 – Products and orders

1. All product information and prices on our website have been carefully compiled. Nevertheless, errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct them.
2. An order is only final after you have received a confirmation by e-mail. Cloud White reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if abuse or fraud is suspected.

Article 3 – Payment and shipping

1. Payments must be made in advance using the payment methods offered.
2. We strive to ship orders within the stated delivery time. However, delays due to force majeure or logistical problems may occur, for which we are not liable.
3. International shipments may be subject to import duties or customs charges, which will be borne by the customer.

Article 4 – Returns and warranty

1. Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.
2. In case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Cloud White . We will provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.

Article 5 – Liability

1. Cloud White is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the products.
2. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by third parties such as carriers
